      There have been 400 apps for an Art. V Convention. One has not been convened, because there must be agreement on subject matter.

      A repeal of the 16th and 17th are on the table with our resolution. Unfortunately, Congress will never do it. It's up to us!

      Correct, 3/4 of states must ratify any one proposal for it to become a part of the Constitution.
