Absolutely it should be given to the people to vote on we should be able to vote yes or no on term limits during the November election

Term limits are insignificant. Graft will just occur sooner. We must 1) OUTLAW CONTRIBUTIONS TO POLITICIANS; 2) PERSONALLY PUNISH CONFLICT OF INTEREST & seize illgotten gain; 3) Ensure voter picture ID 4) Outlaw (or demand bipartisan oversight of) election material/machines.
