  During his second term, President Trump must enact Article V COS, including: immediate term limits, reduced entitlements, and balanced budget. Initiate civil service reform to improve accountability, productivity, and loyalty. Decentralize a part-time Congress, and adjust perks.

  Our founding fathers never intended for there to be career politicians, only temporary citizen servants. Too much time in Washington breeds fraction & corruption of both elected, and unelected, officials. Term limits are the only answer that will alleviate this. #COS
