Term limits are not nearly as important as a constitutional PROHIBITION against conflict of interest, CONFISCATION of gain acquired thereby, and severe PERSONAL PENALTIES for conflict of interest. Congress has EXEMPTED itself from anti-conflict of interest laws & ethics.
