        Power of the People starting at the COUNTY level. Abolish all taxes except for COUNTY SALES TAX. Counties determine their tax rate & the amount they give to Fed & State. Ea head of COUNTY must be the State & Fed House Rep. People Power of the Purse. UNITED COUNTIES OF AMERICA
