As the 2020 legislative sessions begin, our Convention of States resolution is now active in 11 states: Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Washington, and Wisconsin.

15 states have already passed the COS resolution: Alaska, Arizona, Utah, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, and Indiana.
