COS must 1) remove “contributions” (bribes) from candidates and politicians & 2) take “exemption from conflict interest laws” OUT of the jurisdiction of politicians. Severe penalties for politicians funneling/steering money to family or “foundations”, 3) CITIZEN VOTER ID mandate.
