.I think THIS Congress will try to block, hinder a convention of states, beginning with balking at naming a time and place. Since when did leaders of this Congress bow to the Constitution or the will of the people?! Yes, I've read all the Federalist papers.
We don't think they will, but we will hold the convention either way. They cannot legally block us once we achieve the 2/3 threshold.

.I think it's not prudent to try and amend the Constitution without abiding by procedures laid out by the Framers in Article 5, including that Congress calls a convention of states. But, then, I'm a stickler for abiding by the Constitution.
