What they shouldn't be allowed to do is get paid by lobbyists. COS should put strict limits on lobbying. No foreign govt lobbies. No business paid lobbies. No professional lobby organizations. Only individual citizens should be allowed to lobby Congress.

Congressmen are elected by the ppl not by groups & like voting is individual so should lobbying be individual.
