#COS should and MUST be a priority for @realDonaldTrump in his second term. He can not "drain the swamp" alone - the changes need must be MANDATED by the Constitution

A Convention of States can propose constitutional amendments that force Congress and federal agencies to be fiscally responsible. These amendments can mandate a balanced budget while also capping taxation and spending.
We need Fiscal Responsibility.
