If we want TermLimits on Congress, the only answer is to let the 50 states draft an Amendment to the Constitution !!
All Americans should donate to the Convention of States effort as I have done twice now... just $10, $20, whatever you can 
The solution to the problem of our federal government cannot be found in another midterm or presidential election.
