I believe the answer is it would definitely be less divided. The Founders put this in when a majority of states see the wrong. Some states may not take part but we all know unless our current President can bring change its our duty. ..
THERE IS NO DOUBT... AMERICANS AGREE THAT IT'S TIME FOR A CHANGE IN DC. Almost everyone knows that our federal government is on a dangerous course. We need a solution as big as the problem! We need an Article V Convention of States!
