Not true. It's limited to 1. Fiscal constraints 2. Term limits 3. Limiting the jurisdiction of the federal government. Tell me which states would support letting it expand beyond the specified scope in the resolution.

I just don't trust anyone in this day and age to mess with the constitution. Just let well enough alone. The first convention would have failed without George Washington - who would take his place?
