Yes this is the day the Founders feared--NOW is the time for all patriots to tell Congress to bugger off and follow the REAL Constitution not that 3,000 page abomination
The COS provision in the US Constitution - which allows the states to propose amendments - was unanimously supported by the Founders. Today, the "day the Founders feared" has arrived, and it's time for the states to use their power under Article V to correct the abuses in DC.
