If the Abrogation Amendment is eventually ratified, it would by definition be part of the Constitution.... Or do you not believe in using checks and balances, like the presidential veto?

If the government doesn't follow the constitution anyway, it's not effectively the law of the land. Even if we get the states to pass an amendment, the government has become corrupt beyond repair in terms of the original ideas of the founding fathers
