Correct but you aren't going far enough. You need to be more specific, bringing clarity to some of the first 10 amendments and repeal of the 16 and 17 amendments, if you truly desire a limited gov't.
The Founders included the Convention of States option in Article V so the people and the states could have a real recourse against the abuses of the federal government.
