Convention of States

The Permanent Appointment Act of 1929 needs to be addressed by #COS via Amendment to reduce the # of US House of Representatives to 200 with 4 year term. At least 1 per State & then according to population. That will save several billion a year. @realDonaldTrump @RealJamesWoods
