An "Article V" US Constitutional convention, in the midst of such corruption, would be a terrible idea and would make everything worse instead of better.

We also need to reign in states that overstep their powers by ignoring laws reserved to the Federal Government, enacting their own & denying protected rights to the citizenry. It's a two-way street, but the potholes and roadblocks in both directions are screwing up the commute.
