And we can limit SCOTUS. We need to be able to veto their decisions. A supermajority of state legislatures should be able to do that. Marbury v Madison was one of the most dangerous precedents ever. The practice in Common Law of legislation from the bench is similarly dangerous.
An Article V COS can propose constitutional amendments that limit the power and jurisdiction of the president.
These amendments can shrink the executive branch, limit the arenas it controls, and keep all legislation (aka, "rules and regulations") flowing through Congress. #COS
