However, the Constitution is wide open should a COS be called. Therefore all is on the line, and given the huge number of uninformed voters, we stand to lose more than we might gain. Sorry but I see COS as too risky in our brave new fascist nation.

That has been completely and repeatedly debunked. COS is limited to the subject matter specified in the resolution. Anything outside of those limits would be stopped:1st on a point of order, 2nd by the courts, 3rd by 13 states voting against.
