CoS needs a corruption campaign to motivate and engage citizens. Publish memes that report examples of the rampant waste, fraud, abuse and corruption that Art. V will address. Show people why we must act.
The Framers established a part of the Constitution designed to protect us from arrogant, corrupt, and self-interested federal authorities.
It's called Article V of the United States Constitution and its about time we use it.
