Something I'm noticing a lot of Democrats don't seem to understand, The Bill of Rights, and 1st through 10th amendments of The Constitution, DO NOT grant anyone any rights.

Things like Freedom of Speech, Religion, etc. are proposed to be preexisting rights that everyone already HAS by virtue of simply existing. Those Amendments exist, not to grant you rights, but to restrict the government from infringing upon, or attempting to take them away.
