We are getting played....fisa, release of declassified docs,sealed indictments,slow walker,trust the plan, secret stings. Election fraud is the new rabbit hole. Larger scandal dropping. R's don't wan't majority because their base would want legislative actions (gives them an out)
The solution is found among the people NOT the bureaucrats. The solution is found in the states NOT Washington DC. The solution is an Article V COS NOT midterms or elections.

When is this going to happen? What is the target date?

There will be a big push to get states to pass this in 2019 session, so far 12 states out of 34 needed. Get involved, check COS Web site see if your state has passed it yet, if not, COS needs your help, if it has COS still needs your help.
