I can only rationalize last nights House loses as that we must suffer more before people will get moving towards COS remedies. Human nature I guess, to have to hit bottom before making meaningful change.
There is a solution to our nation's financial crisis that doesn't rely on Congress. It's found in Article V of the Constitution, and it gives the states the power to propose constitutional amendments that help get our nation back on track.
