That's only because they never had any intention of getting it done. The GOPe loves ocare as much as the Dems do, they just used the issue to their advantage to get elected or reelected.
Remember when Republicans ran on repealing Obamacare? They haven't been able to get it done, even after two years with control of the legislative and executive branches of the federal government.
