Absolutely! There are intentionally, 3 branches of government. They are designed to balance and CHECK each other. SCOTUS is NOT superior to the other two, and should be ignored where appropriate!
The decision of a Supreme Court nomination should never weigh this heavily on the lives of Americans. The founders would be appalled at the tremendous centralization of power and decision making that occurs in SCOTUS... #COS
