Obviously, the Feds have expanded so far beyond “enumerated powers”, from the general to the all encompassing, that State authority has become obsolete. Only the through article V convention of States process can we change this.

Because it's become really difficult to learn about the issues in locale elections. I spend hours researching before I vote. That's in the context of already being aware of what's going on politically. If you do the work you can know about state stuff, but locale it's a mystery.

In 2010 the Republicans swept the midterms and then gerrymandered all voting boundaries just as the Dems did for 100 years. COS should back non partisan commissions to draw fair lines.
