      @COSProject I am *for* a Convention of States. But, what compels the USGovt, who is not currently following the Constitution, to follow it after a COS?

      My question is: Who enforces Article V if those in the Federal Govt choose to ignore the Constitution? Again, I am FOR a COS. How is it enforced, tho?

      Hello, I don't doubt that you are for COS, but did you read the articles? It is the same way the other 27 amendments are enforced... the political muscle of the states and the people enshrining reforms as the highest law of the land. There is no higher enforcement mechanism.
