I advocate for COS, but I don't believe a COS that limits the subject of proposed amendments would meet Article V "Convention for proposing Amendments." Am I welcome in this group? #TheAlbertPlan

You are welcome to support COS. The very first Article V convention applications (submitted in 1789 by Virginia and New York) specified the subject of securing the rights of the people i.e. a Bill of Rights.
