“I’m tired of the dying," says Gov. Greg Abbott, reacting to the mass shooting in West Texas. "The status quo in Texas is unacceptable and action is needed.”
His statement comes on the day a series of new firearm laws that loosen gun restrictions in the state went into effect.

If the governor was tired of the death than he would help putting a stop to manufacturing of guns. There's enough guns in this country already obviously, or criminals wouldn't be able to acquire them so easily.
Texas needs another governor that's not afraid of stopping gun violence. Having laws that have it easier to retain a gun is not the answer obviously. Good guys with guns haven't worked and there is no logical reason to why it will in the future.

When the people get enough of the person and association running this country they will change. Lot of people are going to die before it happens. It's gotta happen to them first.
