Today the @WhiteHouse fully restored @Acosta's press pass. As a result, our lawsuit is no longer necessary. We look forward to continuing to cover the White House.

Acosta is a thug who has become a legend in the eyes of the media. No rules, no limit on number of questions, take posession of the mic and keep talking.

Yes the definition of lying is a statement with the purpose of deceit. There was no deceit in his statement because at the time it was true.

The White House doesn’t get to choose which reported cover it. That’s why we have freedom of the press and why they lost their lawsuit.

Jamaya, u have to read and be well informed, they didn't lose, but he said to restore his pass because he didn't have due process. It means, to have regulations in place that he broke. There were not such until now. 2nd,his pass was removed for his rudeness and unethical behavior

They made up a story(assault), it didn’t pass muster, tried to “retroactively” remove his pass, lost the injunction, informed him that they would pull it once the court order had passed, then CNN petition the court AGAIN... they knew they would lose, so they gave up. About right?

Battery is unwanted physical touching...by pushing her arm away (however soft) he put his hands on her which wasn’t wanted.
