        Correcto y también que se pongan cámaras para que los pasajeros de un trasporte terrestre puedan ir viendo al conductor si usa el celular, si se está durmiendo o si es que no conduce correctamente y puedan alertar a la policia

        Pero en Uruguay existe un detalle adicional, como está libre el consumo de mariguana, cruzar la calle con celular + stone = doble peligro.
