My first though was that I don't think I've ever looked around my unit and purposely taken stock in amounts of each race. There's so many ethnicities and when I look at them I see the badass team that I save lives with

I think the only time I have any thought about my coworkers ethnicity is when I have a patient who doesn't speak English and then I'm walking around like "Do we have anyone on who speaks Cantonese? Anyone?" Lol

Me too. Ever since I was a kid i loved when I got invited to friends religious services or to join in certain traditions or celebrations. Thought it was cool to learn about it

I am black, I do not even want to be hired just to create diversity, I want to be hired to solve problems. I do want to bring solutions to workplace, not diversity.
