A Taliban lower court that is not necessarily in contact with the National Sharia Law Court is saying that is what is going to happen. I think they deceptively wanted him to show up and would have instantly killed him. The Higher Court might apply the Taliban specified amnesty...
Evidence please and anyone can "write letters", so actual evidence instead of corporate scaremongering to get your sponsor's contracts back on the table for them.
