It's may be easier for white doctors to empathize with white patients. Unfortunately, a lot of white doctors look at Black people as different, especially when it comes to the symptoms and their pain tolerance...

This is where systemic racism could come into effect, because black slaves were taught to be extra attentive to white peoples needs, while white slave owners treated black people like the shit on the bottom on their shoe. It's not a hard concept to grasp!

You folks really can't math. Example: 40 black babies between 100 white doctors, 10 die. 25% death rate. 40 black babies between 4 black doctors, 8 die. 20% death rate. It has nothing to do with the number of doctors and everything to do with the proportion of dead babies.
