Antiquated laws written by men worldwide for centuries. ANY woman being oppressed, protesting peacefully, keeping their dignity, I'm a supporter. Sincerely appreciate your input.

-
Only Hindu Religion is there where Women is prayed as Goddess and Mother Universe and not unlike Abrahmic culture where only Men God is supreme. Mam, No law is permanent And Laws are not only written by Men.
-
Mam, Debate is welcomed and If I am wrong will accept the same.

Hindu widows were once forced to jump into the funeral pyres of their husbands until the government criminalised it. A tradition that treats menstruation as impure and uses it to discriminate women simply has to go. Kudos to Kerala women.
-
You should know history about Why Hindu women were forced to set themselves on Fire. Sati was not practiced on mass scale and when government kee about it same Hindu society abandoned the wrong practice. Ever heard of
#kamakhya Temple in Assam we pray Menstruation Godess. -
Oh please. Sati was practiced as late as the 20th Cent. What Muslim armies where these women fleeing from in the 20th Cent? And no, the Hindu society did not abandon it by themselves, they were forced to stop it because the government criminalised it.
-
Who was Raja Ram Mohan Roy a Hindu or Other, Hindu always changes, reform themselves as per Time.
-
Raja Ram Mohan Roy was widely criticised by the then Hindu elites which continued to practice Sati. It was abandoned only aftee it became illegal. So there goes your claim of Hindus reforming themselves.
-
In fact, there was very very limited resistance to Raja Ram Mohan Roy on Sati. Most Hindus did not even react. Simply because they didn't practice Sati.

For those who really care to know the other side, pls watch this. Unlike other religions, Hinduism worships the divine in the feminine as well. Of course, the church calls it pagan, devil worship and what not to further it’s own agenda:https://youtu.be/4QkVhLd76Aw

Hinduism conceptualizes the divine as Brhman that manifests in many forms http://pasyanti.com/2018/09/brhman … Indian Temples have more female deities. a handful do not allow men & very few do not allow women. These are exclusions (like men’s tennis or women’s club) and not discrimination
-
Can you please tell which are men barred temples? And also tantries are also women on those temples?
