So right - it's a terrible thing when women report a sexual assault and when a man is held accountable for that.

What is interesting is that if Kavanaugh were presiding over a case similar to this, based on HIS ruling on the teenage immigrant, he'd rule a "no vote". But he's not voting. It's not a smear. It's just information. What we do with that information defines US.
