He was shot while fleeing. This isn't a damn narrative. That's just bad police work. Are all police officers the bad guys? No, but they are trained to serve and protect not shoot people because they feel like it and still say they feared for their lives. The cop was a rookie.

It helps to read the article. He had 7 years experience with another agency. Shooting a fleeing felon CAN be justified.
