I would imagine the recent ruling with regards Uber drivers being awarded basic workers rights probably has something to with this. Deliveroo will surely have to follow suit at some point in the future.

I completely agree. This mess is Deliveroo specific, because it's a messed up company. Candidates are harassed during interviews even when they have more experience than the interviewer. Sense of entitlement and egos never served shareholders. Worst HR ever!

It really shouldn’t affect future Tech IPOs on the London stock exchange. After all stock prices fluctuate. Take a seasoned stock of a good CO like
$MSFT. In one week, high probability of price reduction. In 10 years, high probability of price appreciation. -
How is Deliveroo a "tech" company? Its just outsourced delivery for restaurants

Overpriced is overpriced around the world. Bad judgment of IPO underwriters (see MS with FB)

not sure about that... it's partly Deliveroo (regulatory risk, profit/margin doubts) and the bankers and partly the fact of the listing and indexing rules in the City meaning funds were never on side.
