Trump's right! By Obama pulling out of Iraq as quickly as he did, it caused a vacuum and ISIS filled it!

ISIS is made up of Al Qaeda in Iraq that came into the country after our invasion and years before Obama was elected.

The Order to leave on 12/31/11 was signed by President Bush in 2008. And the Iraqi government flatly refused the Obama

administration's request to leave a residual force behind to help with training and security. You have to be a tap dancing
