        crazy, a group that is more likely to have higher education earns more on avg than the group that is more likely to work whatever is available, without pursuing a career why wouldn't they earn the same? no sensible answer clearly

        Not sure why the loudest voices promoting color blindness are always the ones bringing color and race to the forefront of every argument? Many factors go into deciding a person’s compensation. Color and gender could be (wrongly) factors but so are performances and experiences.

        Well - In a serious sense, anyone who claims they want a meritocracy is labeled as “racist” these days... same with “color-blindness” - and I can see the point with that last one: because of course ppl see race - but racializing everything is poison.
