        How much of that has gone to contractors vs enlisted? It’s DISGUSTING that contractors are paid more than our soldiers.

        More disgusting is that Bush/Cheney actually put us into guerilla wars with absolutely no exit plans - resulting in lost American lives and little, to no, gains in geographic security/freedoms. Almost 20 years of waste.

        It shows how rich the country is, if it can spend 6.4T on wars. I can’t imagine how much more money it would spend on peace of the world.
