    “School closures force parents to choose family or work.” This is such an important issue. It’s a abject and catastrophic failure of imagination and planning. This article by captures the horror for working parents.

    I’ve always believed that socio-economic diversity is the biggest diversity problem we face in advertising. It not only limits our ability to create relatable, appealing content, it’s just...wrong.

    Social diversity is a massive understated issue in the advertising and media industry. How can this skewed profile fairly represent the diverse fruit salad that is the United Kingdom?

    Well said I’ve been a big fan of the 4 day week for years but agree with your point. The best approach, and the necessary shift, is more flexibility overall.
