Great news for District homeowners and renters! A bill @tweetelissa intro'd in July that enables @dcra to clearly identify and hold responsible all partners in real estate (LLCs) moved forward today as part of an omnibus reform package put forth by @ChmnMendelson.

The omnibus package expands @tweetelissa's bill in two primary ways:
- Applies disclosure requirement to all biz entities, not just housing-related ones
- Requires disclosure of anyone w/at least a 10% ownership interest or significant decision-making authority on biz filings
