Will the City move forward with its own rezoning proposal? Is a compromise, taking parts of City proposal and parts of BCP possible? Or is the planning effort in Bushwick done for this administration? Or is it too early to speculate what comes next?

The city can’t move forward. They would have had to scope an “alternative plan” and they rejected studying the BCP so now there are no next steps as rezoning or ULURP process didn’t started. So everything is on limbo, back to zero.
