    Some highlights with consequences for tech policy: 1. A commitment to digitise the public sector 2. A revision of the government's tech policy/digital strategy (including on AI & data) 3. Digital/tech policy competences of the federal government will be reorganised/centralised

    Green light for traffic-light: the SPD, Greens and FDP have agreed to begin formal coalition negotiations. The three parties will shortly publish a paper summarising the content of their talks thus far.

    Interesting numbers from on state-sponsored hacking success rates. China is leading with 44%, followed by Russia 32% and overall, nation-state hacking is at about 10%-20%. The report does not address U.S. governmenth hacking.
