      No but public toilets were the thing we were talking about. Private toilet provision is a much harder given different factors in play

      Toilets provided in private facilities like restaurants, shops, cinemas etc where the legislation varies depending on premises

      Yes the 1976 Local Government miscellaneous provisions Act and requirements are dependent on huge variety of factors. Worth review perhaps
