No but public toilets were the thing we were talking about. Private toilet provision is a much harder given different factors in play

Toilets provided in private facilities like restaurants, shops, cinemas etc where the legislation varies depending on premises

No, I was talking about toilet inequality in general I never referred to toilets provided by local authorities alone, as there are so few.
