    Q: Are refugees tested for Covid-19 overseas or placed under quarantine upon arrival? Will Trump add Covid-19 to list of Class A conditions that pose a threat to public health & are grounds for inadmissibility? These are measures Biden if elected President is unlikely to reverse.
