Our @AEF_program fellow, @JessHexsel, attended VA CyberSlam at @GeorgeMasonU. We're proud to help grow our industry & are encouraged to see the 400 high school students who are studying #cybersecurity! Thanks to our CETAP grantee @cyber_dot_org for the cryptography presentation.

💔I vividly recall the tragic loss of the Challenger. As a HS senior, I’d followed w/excitement the story of Christa McAuliffe. A few years ago, I took my son to the Kennedy Space Center so he could learn about her & the other brave astronauts who perished that terrible day. #RIP

I’m pleased that is implementing our bill & released this report on how we can keep our students, teachers & schools safe from cyberattacks. Schools are often on the front lines when it comes to cyber threats — it’s critical they have the right tools to stay protected.
